- Perishable items are shipped within 7 days, Non perishable orders shipped 3-4 days. Shipping and handling charges includes preparing and packing orders, standard packaging materials, cold gel packs for perishable items, and USPS shipping charges and fees.

- We ship anywhere in the United States using the United States Postal System (USPS) including non-refrigerated products to APOs. We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Flat-rate boxes, and Express Mail shipping options. The USPS does not make any guarantee as to an arrival date (except for Express Mail: see USPS Express Mail

PRIORITY MAIL will take between three (3) to (4) working days from the day it is shipped out to be delivered to your mailing addres.
EXPRESS MAIL offers two-day service to all destinations within the U.S from the time it is shipped out. This method is required when ordering perishable chill or frozen products (poi, seafoods, meats, etc). Perishable products are sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid non delivery weekend periods by the United States Postal Service; this helps ensure product quality to our customers.
HOLD HARMLESS ON PERSIHABLE ITEM - Upon receipt of any item(s) customer agrees to inspect the item(s) for quality, please notify us for a full credit if the product(s) does not arrived in good condition or on a timely basis. As a condition of ordering, customers agree to hold Sure Save Super Market, Ltd. harmless against any liability.
